Description
Located north of Suzhou, the project is a response to the site's future needs to create a flexible and elastic campus that can embrace the challenges of tomorrow's technology.
The main functions of the masterplan are strategically oriented and connected in a “Pilot Plan/R&D” sequence, making the campus adaptable to different sizes and companies in different stages of development.
Proximity and flexibility are enhanced by a bridge-shaped corridor that connects all site functions, increasing productivity and the rapid dissemination of ideas across the campus. This “waist” created by this bridge/hallway creates a sense of unity. The central park aims to promote new ideas and connectivity among workers.
